WSIR Event Info

Here are some driving directions (Google here)and track layout map in case you plan on joining the fun at WSIR (Willow Springs International Raceway) in Rosamond, CA.  They will charge you at the gate $10.00 per person.  Children 8 and under are free with paid adult.  Oh, and checkout the weather too.  Make sure to be prepared for  hot and cold conditions with gusty winds.  Racing starts after 10:00 am and goes until about 4:00 pm.

The Race Track is an exciting 2.5 mile high speed circuit.  Race bikes will average up to113 mph per lap, with top speeds in the 160's!  Check out the track lap records.  Here is some fun reading that talks about "The Nine Turns Of Willow Springs"

FYI... Sprint PCS cell phones have very poor signal at this track.

Driving directions to WSIR:
- Take I-5 North to Highway 14 North
- Continue on Highway 14 until you pas Palmdale and Lancaster
- Take the Rosamond Blvd. exit in Rosamond
- Go West approx. 6 miles on Rosamond Blvd. to the WSIR main track entrance at 3500 75th Street West
